Personalized Learning and the Enhancement of Radio Broadcaster Creativity in the Digital Era

 Abstract

This study explores how technology-driven Personalized Learning (PL) methods can boost the creativity of radio broadcasters, especially as they face competitive pressures in today's digital world. Using a qualitative approach and focusing on a case study, we gathered data through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Thisinvolved managers, instructors, and broadcasters from Indonesian radio discussion forums. Our findings indicate that PL is a highly effective framework for nurturing creativity among children. When used on digital platforms, PL creates a space that allows broadcasters to experiment and develop their own unique broadcasting style through tailored feedback. It is truly changing the broadcasting world by boosting creativity, offering more flexibility, and getting broadcasters ready to face new challenges with confidence. However, we have identified some key issues that need attention, such as the pressing need to improve broadcasters' digital skills and ensure they have solid managerial backing for successfulprogram rollouts. Even though there are some hurdles, choosing to adopt PL is not just a smart move but also essential for radio stations to stay competitive and relevant in today's fast-changing digital media landscape. Embracing PL isthe way to unlock a future full of endless opportunities and lasting success.

Digital Activism in Radio Broadcasting: The Impact of Social Media on Radio Management and Identity

Social media has significantly changed the scene of radio broadcasts in Indonesia. This study examines how digital activism via social media influences the management tactics and identity building of Indonesian radio stations. A multiple case study technique was qualitatively employed in this study. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and social media content analyses. Data patterns and key themes were identified using thematic analysis techniques. The validity and dependability of the research findings were guaranteed through triangulation of sources and techniques. The findings indicate that social media has altered how radio stations schedule and control broadcast material. Social media has opened new avenues for real-time engagement between listeners and broadcasters. Radio stations are increasingly dependent on digital platforms to create and enhance their brand identity. While digital activism presents difficulties in online reputation management, it also creates fresh opportunities for radio stations to participate in social concerns. The findings of this study are anticipated to offer new perspectives on the radio broadcasting sector in the digital age.

The Ethics of Human Existence: A Cultural Philosophical Critique of Artificial Intelligence in Digital Broadcasting

 Abstract

The emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) as an automated voice assistant in digitalbroadcasting marks a major shift from human-centric communication to algorithm-drivenefficiency. This article critically examines the disappearance of "human presence" in digitalbroadcasting from the perspectives of value theory and cultural philosophy. This study employs aconceptual phenomenological approach, building on the theories of Adriana Cavallero and DonIde, to analyze the ontological differences between artificial intelligence and human language.Furthermore, drawing on Walter Benjamin's concepts, it explores the loss of "spirit" inbroadcasting and, using Jürgen Habermas's arguments, analyzes the dangers of culturalhomogenization in the public sphere. The research indicates that AI-generated language, as aproduct, lacks the inherent morality and intentionality of human communication. This growthleads to "ontological" lies, while values such as authenticity and empathy are threatened by theindustry itself. The study concludes that maintaining a human element is a necessary and value-based prerequisite for preventing digital alienation and preserving broadcasting as a genuinespace for interpersonal communication. This study suggests adopting a user-centered approach, allowing technology to assist rather than completely replace humans.

Menuju Standar Global: Mengawal "The Harliantara Model" ke Panggung Internasional

Salam komunikasi, rekan-rekan pembaca sekalian.

Mengapa "The Harliantara Model"?

Mari terus berkarya demi kemajuan dunia komunikasi Indonesia!
